Delivery Information and Lead Times
We ship worldwide and aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. All orders outside of the UK are subject to custom fees regulated by your country of delivery's government.
Make sure you order by midday - orders are processed by our UK based fulfilment team the same day up until 12pm, excluding weekends.
All orders placed on or before any UK public/ bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.
Return Policy and Process
All full-priced items (including packs) are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date. Packs must be returned in full. Price reduced SALE styles are Final Sale and non-returnable for return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to proceed with a return.To initiate a return, please email hello@nealwear.com with your order number.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping. If you’d like a refund back to your original payment method, we deduct £5 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.
Please note,
- Price reduced SALE items purchased in the context of sale (online or offline) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
- Store credit requests are free to process and issued electronically; credits do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.
- Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
- While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
- If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
- Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
Can I return an internationally shipped order?
Items purchased internationally are the responsibility of the customer to return and are not eligible for direct exchange. Please email hello@nealewear.com with your request.
